Title:  Senior Executive, Digital Marketing (Paid Media)

Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for development, management, and optimisation of all paid media such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, and paid social campaigns
  • Implementation of A/B testing tactics to maximise the impact of paid performance activity
  • Performing keyword and audience-specific analyses and helping to optimise to the most efficient targeting combinations
  • Familiar with Google creative studio to run and implement multiple creatives for a single campaign
  • Work with media agency to generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and develop keyword lists
  • Leverage insights from analytics platform to make changes to paid search campaigns
  • Generate weekly reporting and recommend optimisations required
  • Maintain records of creative assets and internal documents that track proposals and campaign execution
  • Manage campaign budgets and administration of invoices
  • Work closely with the wider digital team and Product Managers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum four to five years of experience working in Marketing, A&P, Marketing Communications in Tourism/Hospitality industry
  • Strong working knowledge in paid media, channels including paid search, paid social and display. Hands on experience in these areas alongside managing platforms
  • Google Ads, Display and Search accreditation and experience will be an advantage
  • Good with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • An active interest in everything digital and industry trends
  • Good pulse on new media trends especially the fast-evolving digital and social media
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English language
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and people skills
