Job Responsibilities
Central Pass Office
- Handle counter duties at pass office during office hours. This includes handling application of RWS ID pass request by RWS staffs / contractors, checking of exemption from levy payment application, lost and found passes etc
- Ensure pass office operations and procedures are carried out according to requirements set by authority regulations and RWS security protection plan requirements
- Assigning of door access and encoding of RWS ID pass upon request with proper documents
- Encoding of finger prints (for biometrics reader) for team members and encoding of perks for senior managements
- Submitting all cheques from RWS staffs / contractors to Finance office for processing. Ensure all cheques submitted are properly documented and accounted for
- Perform corporate inductions every week and ensure procedure is according to pass office SOP. Preparation of all passes after corporate induction for Human Resource to collect on the following day
- Updating of team members status in ISMS whenever pass office receive termination list and CSEL approval list
- Collection of returned passes from Human Resource for destruction
- Maintain inventory and maintenance of pass office equipment
Job Requirements
- Meet Casino Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
- Diploma/Degree in with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Strong command of English (Ability to read, write and edit technical subject matter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, attentive to details, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Able to prioritize assignments, multitask, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Able to perform shifts including weekends & public holidays.
