Job Responsibilities
- Handle machines efficiently in Electronic Gaming Machines Operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle transaction/exchange of money, voucher or electronic credits to patrons of the casino.
- Assist guests’ requests and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure strictest compliance with the relevant Regulatory Authority requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls & service standards.
Job Requirements
- Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
- Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- No experience required as training will be provided.
