Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction in developing integrated regional sales and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts by monitoring consumer trends, travel behaviors, and industry developments, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Oversee the formulation and execution of go-to-market initiatives, including target audience segmentation, messaging, channel selection, and conversion-driving tactics.
  • Identify, secure, and nurture high-impact partnerships (e.g., travel agents, online travel agencies, media/content partners, government bodies) to enhance brand visibility, improve distribution efficiencies, and achieve revenue and attendance targets.
  • Guide cross-functional teams to launch and optimize promotional campaigns, ensuring pricing accuracy, brand consistency, and exceptional user experiences across all channels.
  • Establish performance metrics, monitor results, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights, continuously improving marketing ROI and sales performance.
  • Champion the brand’s presence through strategic involvement in media familiarization trips, influencer engagement, and PR activities around key events and product launches.
  • Provide thought leadership, mentor team members, and cultivate a high-performance culture focused on innovation, adaptability, and results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 8 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in the tourism, attractions, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to shape and leverage consumer, industry, and digital trends to inform strategic direction and drive sustained growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with substantial experience in managing large-scale campaigns, partnerships, and budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • IT-savvy, data-driven mindset, adept at using performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
