Title:  Assistant Director/Director, Building Enhancement Team

  • Plan and implement refurbishment and A&A work of the Resort.
  • Project manage and provide technical support to Business units on their proposed facilities upgrades/enhancement.
  • To liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with authority’s requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Prepare estimates of budget for approvals and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Manage quality delivery and completion of projects while minimize operational disruption/loss of income during the execution.
  • Preparation of periodic reports and presentations on projects.
  • Continuous learning for quality of team’s performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in general building and interior renovation works with formal qualifications in Building-related discipline or Interior Design required.
  • Good understanding of building services and knowledge of market rates and practices
  • Knowledge of M&E system would be an advantage.
  • Possess strong leadership, interpersonal skills with integrity and professional conduct.
