Title:  Assistant Manager, Kiosk Project & Management

Job Responsibilities

  1. To plan and manage the planning and implementation of new development and/or enhancement works
  2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  3.  Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the kiosk project, in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  4. Manage cost efficiency and timely delivery of projects
  5. Manage quality delivery and completion of projects
  6. Ensure adherence to the laid down RWS’s Financial policies and standard operating procedures so as to achieve efficient service;
  7. Provide an independent assessment and evaluation of casino operational practices in complying with the regulatory requirements and risk concerns
  8. Conduct compliance inspection / risk assessment / validation to identify areas with regulatory non-compliance/ risk exposure for the assigned inspections
  9. Assess design and/or operating effectiveness of work process(es)/ system(s)/ internal control(s) in mitigating risk/ non-compliance event(s) identified

Job Requirements

  • Meet GRA's statutory requirement of min 21 years of age
  • Bachelor / Degree in Information Technology and business, or related fields
  • Meticulous, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with ease
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, project management
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Verbal and Written).
