Title: Assistant Manager, MICE & Corporate Sales

Role Summary
The Manager/Assistant Manager of MICE & Corporate Sales proactively converts and confirms all sales opportunities for Resorts World Sentosa for MICE groups, events and attractions’ exclusive bookings. In this position you are responsible for proactively converts all sales opportunities received. You implement RWS sales strategy in all aspects of the sales process to drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. You will be involved with all day-to-day activities related to business development with a focus on building long-term, valuebased customer relationships that enable achievement of company sales objectives, as well as your personal goals.
Responsibilities
- Proactively converts sales opportunities from general enquiries and the sales team
- Manage and deliver sales KPIs based on the assigned portfolio of MICE & Corporate Accounts
- Develop and maintain long term business relationships with clients by providing excellent and consistent sales service, following up on enquiries and building rapport
- Ensure Total Account Management and generate leads for all aspects of RWS business
- Stay informed on market and competition trends in order to maintain competitive advantage
- Participate in sales outreach events, trade/road shows and business-related activities as and when required
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales skills and proven sales track record
