Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop events and programming that is aligned to the overall event strategy plan.
  • Manage the content development of Attractions events, programs or any ongoing activities to ensure continuous offerings are available in order to contribute to business targets of Universal Studios Singapore and Adventure Cove Waterpark.
  • Work closely with external/internal partners in the conceptualization, planning and execution of programming and events in Universal Studios Singapore and Adventure Cove Waterpark.
  • Business development and partner acquisition in the perspective of event and/or programming partners as well as service vendors/agencies.
  • Collaborate with Yield team to analyze and constantly review content, pricings, benefits and promotions in line with overall strategy and market development.
  • Establish, track and report on all key performance indicators such as but not limited to attendance, guests’ feedback and per cap, on an accurate and timely basis.
  • Manage and monitor the event/programme budget for the assigned events/campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Leisure Event Management, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Events Planning and/or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in content development, event conceptualization, project planning and budget management.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task, priortise and follow timeline.
  • Innovative and adaptive to changing environments and excellent team player.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with collaborative mindset.
  • This role is process heavy that requires prompt follow up on organizational procedures (i.e. Finance, procurement, etc) and attention to details for contractual matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – word, excel and powerpoint.
  • Added advantage if experienced in leisure events and placemaking strategy.
