Title: Assistant Vice President, Project Costing
Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Vice President — Business Planning and support the day-to-day operations of the Business Planning and/or Project Costing departments, which covers businesses of the integrated resort, including Casino, Attractions, Hotels, MICE and Food & Beverage businesses and RWS 2.0 Expansion Project.
- Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders on the formulation of overall development budget and tracking of overall cost expenditure including cashflow projection.
- Performing compliance review of the tender and procurement process for consultancy/construction/renovation works and ensure services are evaluated and procured in a fair and transparent manner.
- Performing compliance review of the post award processes including review of progress payment, assessment of variation order, closure of final account and provide support on dispute resolution (if any)
- Support in developing policies and work instructions and propose on process improvements for project related procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant finance stakeholders on payment release, asset capitalization and tax matters.
- Coordinate with IT department on the ERP system enhancement & development based on the projects requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation of the short to long term business plans and identify potential revenue by key market segment and controls expenses toachieve an acceptable rate of return for invested expenses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of project costing or business analytics experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in spearheading process improvements in budgeting and forecasting processes, with an emphasis on automation of the budget tracking and dashboard reporting.
- Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship and collaborate effectively across departments.
