Job Responsibilities

  • Support the senior management team in developing brand strategies that elevate the RWS brand portfolio, master brand and vertical brands, including defining brand positioning and crafting narratives that play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and business growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to translate the brand positioning into immersive, sensory experiences that create value for our customers and increase brand affinity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, stakeholders and vendors to execute brand experiences and activations.
  • Research and analyse emerging market trends – translate them into actionable insights and seek out new growth opportunities.
  • Translate commercial ideas and concepts into impactful and persuasive business presentations with compelling storytelling content, with the objective of forging new partnerships and enhancing stakeholder engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in brand management, brand development, customer journey mapping, or marketing communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills, able to write/edit both short- and long-form content in a variety of styles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment, with an eye for detail.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to develop on-brand experiences and activations.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, from ideation through to execution.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be a plus.
  • Knowledge in working with Adobe Creative Suites would be a plus.
