Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the well-being and safety of our Guests & Team Members by providing a high standard of aquatic safety and exemplary guest services.
  • Participate in regular in-service training to provide fun/friendly customer service experience and enforce the park’s policies, attractions safety rules and regulations.
  • Interact with guests and disseminate information related to the park and rides.
  • Operate and dispatch guests safely at various rides and slides.
  • Assist in engaging guests during special events within the park from time to time, to provide memorable and fun customer service.
  • Alert Lifeguards in emergency situations and assist in ensuring that injuries/casualties are minimized, and aid is promptly rendered.

Job Requirements

  • Good guest service and communication skills.
  • Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs and monitor safety guidelines.
  • Attentive and keen eye for surroundings to identify safety risk situations.
  • Able to employ personal empowerment, empathy, and creativity to resolve guest concerns or complaints.
  • Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
  • Required to occasionally lift and/or move objects/tools of varying weights.
