Primary Responsibilities

  • Attend to all requests and queries from the guests
  • Maintain and adhere to the procedures for luggage deliveries, collections, receipt, storage and shipment of luggage as well as packages for the guests
  • Provide accurate and valuable information and directions to guests about the Resort and Singapore, where appropriate
  • Explain room features and amenities, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay in the hotel
  • Co-ordination and execution of all activities at the hotel driveway area, especially in relations to guest transportation
  • Maintain high standard of cleanliness and safety at hotel driveway and vicinity
  • Ensure that all guests in the driveway area receive the highest level of professional welcome upon arrival and farewell during departure, from our hotel.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE `O' Level
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in in customer service, preferably in hotel industry
  • Possess a meticulous and guest-oriented personality with good knowledge of local city streets, restaurants and major attractions
  • Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
