Title: Demi Chef (Malaysian Food Street)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the daily respective food stall operations in Malaysia Food Street
- Maintain all food preparation and service standards in a hygienic, safe, accident-free environment
- Train and guide team members and monitor their progress and performance
- Minimize food wastage and leftovers to attain forecasted food cost
Requirements:
- Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years culinary experience in Malaysia hawker food
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Possess good F&B product knowledge
- 5 working days per week with the flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
