Title:  Demi Chef (Malaysian Food Street)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily respective food stall operations in Malaysia Food Street
  • Maintain all food preparation and service standards in a hygienic, safe, accident-free environment
  • Train and guide team members and monitor their progress and performance
  • Minimize food wastage and leftovers to attain forecasted food cost

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years culinary experience in Malaysia hawker food
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Possess good F&B product knowledge
  • 5 working days per week with the flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
