Title:  Director, Business Planning

Job Responsibilities

• Perform financial and statistical data analysis of RWS business to identify trends and opportunities, and develop recommended solutions for implementation by relevant business units
• Spearhead business intelligence analysis and benchmarking study for continuous improvement of RWS products, services and processes, and productivity and yield
• Conduct market research and competitor intelligence survey
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for management and business units
• Develop SAS Enterprise Guide for extraction and mining of data for reporting and analysis purpose

Job Requirements

• Degree from a reputable institution, preferably in a related field (business/finance/statistics/data science)
• Experience in tourism/hospitality industry is an added advantage 
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills, knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau and Power BI), SAS Enterprise Guide and SQL would be valued
• Ability to understand both the detailed analytics the macro level findings and communicate on both levels
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and command respect
• String demonstrable experience managing numerous projects and tasks by displaying excellent time-management and mulit-tasking skills
