Title:  Director, Investor Relations

Job Responsibilities

• Manage investors meetings and briefings, including bi-annual earnings call, post-results investor meetings, site visits and Annual General Meeting.
• Conduct market research, craft corporate messaging and provide investor feedback to the Company’s management.
• Track and review major ESG ratings, manage and enhance the Company’s corporate image and reputation.
• Working closely with internal business units to drive investor communications.
• Establish liaisons with relevant stakeholders including financial institutions, regulators, corporates, advisors and/or consultants to keep abreast of market trends and developments.

Job Requirements

• • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related area of study with more than 15 years of relevant experience
  • Effective written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to present and manage internal and external stakeholders relationships effectively
  • Possess willingness to learn, initiative, commitment to excellence, resourcefulness, tenaciousness and reliability
  • Detail-oriented team player who is able to work collaboratively with others and under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg applications
