Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategy, and planning for marketing, market development, services and product development within the casino and resort
  • Perform periodic review of resort loyalty programs, customer communications strategy, marketing plan, brand positioning, CRM and marketing activities
  • Perform all duties in compliance with Gambling Regulatory and other statutory requirements, department and company policies, standard operation procedures, internal control and service standards for the success of the department
  • Oversee the preparation of the annual business plans and identify potential revenue by key market segment and controls expenses to achieve an acceptable rate of return for invested expenses and complimentary entitlements
  • Oversee the team on the implementation of the business plan in order to achieve planned revenue and profit, and to ensure that performance standards are achieved for operating procedures, internal audit, Gambling Regulatory Authority regulatory compliance, productivity and budgeted expenses
  • Strategizing and planning progressive and effective casino marketing programs to drive profitable gaming revenue
  • Oversee the coordination of activities and functions with various supporting departments on casino guest retention
  • Oversee and assess all on-going training plans and programs to create compliance awareness and ensure retention of a performing team and alignment with market trends
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development and Operations to develop a pipeline of new products and innovative approaches to marketing and sales to drive incremental revenue
