Job Responsibilities

  • Update of TMs work schedule, leave records in Shift Attendance
  • Update of Time Manager in Virtual Roster system for payroll processing
  • Onboard/Offboard of team members
  • Arrangement of interviews
  • Procurement of spare parts, tools and consumables for Technical Services, and issue Purchase order via Ariba system.
  • Liaise with vendors for quotes, orders and repair services.
  • Work closely with ride managers to support ride ‘s spare parts and services
  • Monitor spares delivery closely to support ride operation at all times

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Diploma with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment.
