Title: Executive, Business Development Planning & Performance Management
Job Responsibilities
- Support the business unit to develop and implement sales performance management strategies to achieve company business targets
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with casino marketing and business development teams to ensure alignment with strategies
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management
- Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for improvement
Job Requirements
- Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
- Degree / Diploma in Business/Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Business development experience in relevant industry will be advantageous
