Title: Executive, Event Services
Primary Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers to determine objectives and requirements for events.
- Coordinate such requirements with external vendors and BUs within RWS.
- Execute site inspections and monitor activities to ensure that the events meet the requirements of both customers and attendees.
- Initiate billing procedures, ensure that deposits and/or credit applications are received with adequate information and within an acceptable time frame.
Requirement
- Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years in an administrative role, preferably in the Events or Hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of Opera PMS and/or Delphi Sales & Catering is an added advantage.
- Good communication and time management skills
