Job Responsibilities

  1. End-to-end event management to deliver unparallel guest experience and to drive retention
  2. Manage event budget and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and smooth running of events
  3. Conceptualise and coordinate all aspects of events logistics including venue booking, F&B, communications, entertainment, transport, etc
  4. Prepare event pitch decks, budget and post-mortem analysis
  5. Continuously build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive events’ success
  6. Ensure all policies and procedures of approved Casino events are prepared and executed in compliance with the Company and statutory regulations

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to details, strong organizational skills and possess good time management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to adapt to a diverse and fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work on selected weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in events planning and/or premium lifestyle will be advantageous
  • Able to independently handle projects without constant supervision
  • Able to provide solutions to challenges that may arise
