Job Responsibilities

  • To establish branding and communications strategies and to coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to execute marketing deliverables including promotions, tournaments, events and packaging.
  • To manage and assist in all stages of marketing deliverables from conceptualization, production, and delivery to tear-down.
  • To manage print and/or digital marketing platforms which includes proofing and to ensure consistency in design and messaging across all marketing media.
  • Optimize marketing messages to achieve optimal recall and call-to-action.
  • Drive success for marketing efforts whilst ensuring marketing deliverables adhere to management and regulatory requirements.
  • Brand custodian for the resort’s loyalty program.
  • Execution of direct marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in loyalty marketing will be advantageous
  • Creative flair with keen acumen on customer-centricity
  • Meticulous and process driven
  • Able to multi-task and to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
