Title:  Executive, HR Business Partner

  • Partner assigned departments to provide HR advisory and support to address business needs and employee-related matters
  • Actively engage employees for all HR matters throughout the employee life cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and off boarding
  • Build relations with Team Members, Supervisors and Managers to understand issues and assist in implementation of pragmatic HR solutions
  • Keeping abreast of changes in statutory HR regulations and ensuring compliance with such regulations
  • Partner with corporate HR COEs to implement HR policies and framework
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business-related discipline with at least 1-2 years of experience in a HR Business Partner and recruitment role
  • Candidates with prior experience in recruitment with a good track record of hiring across broad range of positions will be advantageous
  • Meticulous and organized with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
