Title: Executive, Kiosk & Project Management (2 Years Contract)
Job Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity.
- Organize and monitor schedules to ensure all project deadlines are met.
- Assist in projects related documentation/ administration e.g. GRA submissions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the design and/or operating effectiveness of management process(es)/system(s)/internal control(s) in mitigating risk/non-compliance event(s) identified.
- Document working papers for supervisor’s review.
- Assist in finalizing inspection findings, recommendations and reports.

- Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
- Experience in project management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
- Experience with data visualization and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to create and deliver presentation slides
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Able to adhere to SOPs and handle administrative tasks proficiently
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
