Job Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity.
  2. Organize and monitor schedules to ensure all project deadlines are met.
  3. Assist in projects related documentation/ administration e.g. GRA submissions.
  4. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  5. Verify the design and/or operating effectiveness of management process(es)/system(s)/internal control(s) in mitigating risk/non-compliance event(s) identified.
  6. Document working papers for supervisor’s review.
  7. Assist in finalizing inspection findings, recommendations and reports.

  • Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
  • Experience in project management
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to create and deliver presentation slides
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Able to adhere to SOPs and handle administrative tasks proficiently
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
