Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and work with internal and external users on other master data set-up and accuracy, including monitoring of sourcing events as and when required. (Vendor master set-up, risk assessment related issues, catalogs set-up, maintenance of master data etc.)
  • Responsible for both internal and external users access to the Procurement systems and monitor their activities.
  • Provide L1 Helpdesk for both internal and external users on Procurement systems and processes. Answer and respond to phone calls, emails and chats for system support issues.
  • Manage and work with internal and external users on other master data set-up and accuracy, including monitoring of sourcing events as and when required.
  • Participate and work with key stakeholders in freight management.
  • Monitor and track freight shipments.
  • Attend to BU/FF queries on freight matters including provision of expertise to BUs for special shipments (gaming machines, unique live fish shipments etc.).
  • Coordinate freight damages activities, including other freight related activities as and when required (maintenance of SOP, freight guides, sending market updates etc.)
  • Preparation of quarterly reports freight shipments reports for insurance declaration.
  • Record keeping of all freight related matters (cargo permits, shipping documents).
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time as maybe required in his/her role.
