Job Responsibilities

  • Process, review and monitors tax invoices from suppliers.
  • Coordinate ordering office supplies (include stationery, business cards etc.)
  • Take on requestor role in Ariba system
  • Coordinate with local and overseas couriers for shipments.
  • Receive, sort and dispatch incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Coordinate with Telco service providers for new and recontract subscriptions.
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed, schedule and upkeep of the meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office equipment

Job Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ or ‘A’ level
  • Minimum 3 years working experience.in related fields
  • Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written form.
  • Competent in MS office (Excel, Words, Power Point) and PDF
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
