Title:  Executive I (Hotels)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform back of house administrative duties in relation to the hotels at RWS
  • Perform checks and reconciliations for commission rates and invoices from online travel agents in advance of payments
  • Understand manning requirements and assist in arrangements for casual employment based on forecasts of hotel’s occupancy
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and appointments and supports vendor visits
  • Coordinates new team members' onboarding, procurement and payments of items and services required
  • Perform manual receiving against purchase orders on Ariba
  • Provide operational support to the Front Office team, if and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years' experience in performing administrative duties or in hospitality
  • Possess good cross-cultural awareness/sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • A team player, resourceful, results-driven and able to multi-task
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
