Title: Executive I (Hotels)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform back of house administrative duties in relation to the hotels at RWS
- Perform checks and reconciliations for commission rates and invoices from online travel agents in advance of payments
- Understand manning requirements and assist in arrangements for casual employment based on forecasts of hotel’s occupancy
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and appointments and supports vendor visits
- Coordinates new team members' onboarding, procurement and payments of items and services required
- Perform manual receiving against purchase orders on Ariba
- Provide operational support to the Front Office team, if and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred
- At least 2 years' experience in performing administrative duties or in hospitality
- Possess good cross-cultural awareness/sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office tools
- A team player, resourceful, results-driven and able to multi-task
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
