Title: F&B Culinary Intern
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work together with chefs on the food preparation in the kitchen
- Ensure there are sufficient food items in the warmer, maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Cleaning of restaurants and completing other assigned tasks
- Provide assistance to kitchen team and enhance food quality and workflow in the kitchen
- Job rotation as per assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in any relevant courses
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
