Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in supporting daily operations 
  • Ensure all staff comply with company’s grooming and hygiene standards
  • Ensure beverage inventory is sufficient for daily usage
  • Adhere to company’s policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Operations Manager immediately
  • Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance to Singapore Food Agency

 

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in hawker food concept
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
