Title: Guest Experience Lead (Malaysian Food Street)
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in supporting daily operations
- Ensure all staff comply with company’s grooming and hygiene standards
- Ensure beverage inventory is sufficient for daily usage
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Operations Manager immediately
- Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance to Singapore Food Agency
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in hawker food concept
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
