Title: Guest Experience Specialist, F&B All-Day Dining
Primary Responsibilities

Welcome guests at the entrance and assist in leading them to their table.

Recommend and take orders on food and beverages from the guests

Process the food orders and operate a cash register; ensure the replenishment of stocks, the cleaning of the restaurant and completing other assigned tasks.

Interact with guests; provide a warm and memorable guest experience, ensure all guests receive prompt and excellent standards of service

Ensure that all purchases are processed through proper procedures
Requirements

Preferably 1 year experience in customer service

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a cheerful personality

5 working days per week with the ability to work on weekends/public holidays and perform rotating shifts.
