Title:  Guest Relations Manager (Genting Hotel Jurong)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day Front Office operations including managing and developing the team, scheduling of staff roster, handling of the guests’ complaints, tactical planning, and execution of initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of activities flow at the hotel driveway and entrance, ensure guest luggage & parcels are delivered promptly, fulfill guests’ request for transportation/ restaurant/ tour booking in a professional manner.
  • Lead and manage the hotel breakfast services, events and banquet planning in accordance with the requirements and sanitation regulations, supervision of F&B staff, attend to guests’ complaints and provide positive resolutions.
  • Manage the safety and security of the hotel premises, investigate allegations of serious misconduct, threats, and criminal activity, provide data analytics support for internal departments and authorities, proper handling of sensitive information to maintain confidentiality and impartiality.  



  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holders preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Service Oriented.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in problem solving.
