Title: Hospitality Executive (Malaysian Food Street)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in supporting daily operations
- Ensure all staff comply with company’s grooming and hygiene standards
- Attend to customers’ complaints
- Ensure manpower requirements are met for daily operations
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Operations Manager immediately
- Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance to NEA
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in hawker food concept
- Possess good verbal, written and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
