Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Operations Manager in supporting daily operations 
  • Ensure all staff comply with company’s grooming and hygiene standards
  • Attend to customers’ complaints
  • Ensure manpower requirements are met for daily operations
  • Adhere to company’s policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Operations Manager immediately
  • Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance to NEA

 

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in hawker food concept
  • Possess good verbal, written and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
