Title: Hotels Front Office Intern
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle guest request/enquiries
- Check in and check out for guests
- Process guest reservations and assign rooms
- Handle guest enquiries and requests
- Handle messages, mail, postal services, packages, luggage/items for collection
- Inter-department coordination to ensure guests’ expectations are fulfilled
- Prepare front office operation reports
- Job rotation as per assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in any relevant courses
- Good interpersonal skills with effective multi-tasking, time management and problem-solving skills
- Possess a warm, pleasant personality with basic knowledge of local city streets, restaurants, and major attractions
