Title: Hotels Housekeeping Intern
Primary Responsibilities
- Clean and inspect of guests' room
- Monitor, assign room for cleaning and update of room status
- Keep track of stocks and placing orders for replenishment when needed
- Report Lost and Found items
- Inform Duty Manager on the defects found in the room
- Schedule roster for Housekeeping Attendant
- Handle guest request/enquiries
- Job rotation as per assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in any relevant courses
- Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
