Title:  Hotels Housekeeping Intern

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Clean and inspect of guests' room 
  • Monitor, assign room for cleaning and update of room status 
  • Keep track of stocks and placing orders for replenishment when needed 
  • Report Lost and Found items 
  • Inform Duty Manager on the defects found in the room 
  • Schedule roster for Housekeeping Attendant 
  • Handle guest request/enquiries 
  • Job rotation as per assigned  

 

Requirements  

  • Diploma in any relevant courses 
  • Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
