Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to plan company-wide engagement events

• Participate actively in event brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas for event planning

• Take an active role in the execution of events by assisting in venue setup, decoration, and logistical arrangements, ensuring that each event is visually appealing and smoothly executed

• Coordinate with team members, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution, from sourcing materials to managing event services

• Support event registration processes, ensuring accurate attendee lists, and providing on-site support as needed

• Assist in taking event photos for archival purposes

• Compile post-event reports

• Offer administrative support to the event team as required, which may include coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and managing correspondence

• Embrace a flexible approach to responsibilities, willing to take on any additional tasks

Job Requirements

• Student who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma programme

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Interested event planning and coordination

• Positive attitude and a good team player
