Title: Intern, MICE & Corporate Sales
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide strong support to the sales team in the MICE & Corporate Sales and Wedding sales department. This includes accurate preparation of proposal as advised by the managers, creation of bookings in the Delphi systems, prompt follow-up with legal for approval and generation of finalized contracts.
- Ensure all enquiries in MICE inbox are disseminated to respective sales managers within 24 hours.
- Handle general MICE enquiries via the hotline and support managers promptly in sales support tasks
- Assist the sales team with the coordination of clients’ site visits
Job Requirements:
- On track to attain a Diploma in Hospitality / Integrated Events by 2026
- Approachable and pleasant personality who can work well with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Proactive approach towards daily tasks and have a sense of urgency for prompt turnaround of proposals, contracts and corporate rate letter.
- Attention to detail and customer-oriented
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
