Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to present the data with storytelling; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sales systems to identify trends and insights.

  • Create regular reports and dashboards that communicate key performance metrics to support decision-making.

  • Assist to  research to gather insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

  • Support ongoing projects and ensure data-driven strategies are incorporated into day-to-day operations.

  • Facilitate in familiarization trips for clients at the resort together with the sales representative. 

  • Provide support with a variety of administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
