Title: Intern, Resort Marketing (Non-Attractions)

Resorts World Sentosa offers a dynamic and immersive internship experience where you will gain hands-on exposure in one of Asia's premier integrated resorts.
We are looking for a proactive and creative intern to join our Non-Attractions Marketing team, covering Hotels, F&B and MICE for a full-time internship from May to December 2025. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing execution and learn how campaigns come to life from concept to delivery.
Job Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution
- Assist in the implementation of Always-On marketing campaigns and BTL initiatives to drive reservations and footfall.
- Contribute to the preparation and rollout of marketing materials across various channels
- Collaborate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders including internal Design Studio, Business Units, vendors and media agency to ensure seamless and timely delivery of marketing efforts
2. Market Research
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for campaign strategies.
- Monitor market trends and customer behavior to support campaign optimization.
3. Administrative and Ad-Hoc Support
- Support day-to-day marketing tasks and handle ad-hoc duties as needed to support the team’s objectives.

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Hospitality or related field graduating in 2026
- Strong time-management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic marketing environment.
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts
