Resorts World Sentosa offers a dynamic and immersive internship experience where you will gain hands-on exposure in one of Asia's premier integrated resorts. 

 

We are looking for a proactive and creative intern to join our Attractions Marketing team, supporting Universal Studios Singapore and Adventure Cove Waterpark, as well as resort-wide initiatives from May to December 2025. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing execution and learn how campaigns are developed and brought to life from concept to rollout.

Job Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution 

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns planning initiatives to drive visitation and engagement. 
  • Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials across various channels. 
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Design Studio, Operations) and external partners (e.g., vendors, media agencies) to ensure seamless and timely delivery of marketing efforts. 

2. Market Research 

  • Conduct basic market research and competitor benchmarking to provide actionable insights for campaign planning. 
  • Monitor market trends and guest behavior to support optimization of ongoing campaigns. 

3. Administrative and Ad-Hoc Support 

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including documentation, tracking of campaign performance, and internal coordination. 
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as required to support the team’s marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Hospitality or related field graduating in 2026
  • Strong time management, organizational, and collaboration skills. 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and digital platforms. 
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
