Job Responsibilities

  • To attend to all guest situations and ensure appropriate resolution of the matter in the Park (USS / Adventure Cove Waterpark). 
  • Attend to escalated guest concerns and addressing them in a friendly and approachable disposition.
  • Provides assistance and work direction to team members, ensuring compliance to departmental standards including grooming standards.
  • Perform various administrative duties and shift paperwork/reports, and to work closely with Duty Managers and management team on monitoring work flow processes. 
  • Ensure the show readiness of the parks to enhance guest experience. 
  • To ensure that the inventories are maintained at all times. 
  • Maintain the park cleanliness (including restrooms). 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity.  
  • GCE N Level/O Level/ITE Certificate/Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline. 
  • Secondary education with the right attitude will be considered. 
  • Service oriented and enjoy interacting with people. 
  • Willing to work in the evenings, weekends, public holidays in unsheltered area with long hours standing/walking. 
  • Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
