Job Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance and work direction to crew members, ensuring compliance to departmental standards including grooming standards
  • Assists with training new and current crew members
  • Maintains routine records such as lead observations, daily operating reports, ride/show quality reports, time keeping sheets, scheduling requests, crew member availability and other paperwork as assigned
  • Attend to guest concerns and ensure appropriate resolution of the matter in the Park
  • Ensure the park readiness to enhance guest experience

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels/ ITE Certificate/ Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline.
  • Operations experience is an advantage.
  • Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather
