Title: Manager, Casino Finance (Gaming Audit)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to design and maintain gaming audit procedures to ensure gaming activity is audited in accordance with regulatory requirements (CCA, ICC, PMLTF etc.) and gaming audit standard operating procedures to ensure the safeguarding of company assets;
- Review and supervise the daily / ad hoc gaming audits which include the daily review of all gaming audit documents and gaming reports;
- Overseeing the gaming revenue audit process to ensure all gaming revenue are completely & accurately accounted and the processes comply with operation policies and procedures;
- Communicate discrepancies with management, responsible for preparation and timely submission of gaming audit revenue and variances reports required by regulatory agencies and management;
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the existing controls in the gaming operations, preparation, and issuance of exception reports on violations of gaming procedures, weaknesses in internal control observed and make recommendations to strengthen internal controls. Ensures compliance with the company policies and procedures;
- Ensure casino-related promotion activities (i.e. tournament, complimentary vouchers, and etc.) are conducted according to regulatory requirement;
- Ensure preparation and timely submission of relevant Table Games and Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) Revenue & Tax Reports to Regulatory Agencies (CRA, IRAS, Singapore Totalisator Board) in compliance with regulatory requirements (CCA, ICC, Tax, etc.);
- A business partner to support Management team and Heads of Department;
- Lead implementation of digitalization and automation processes; and
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business from a reputable institution or professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA, with at least 8 years of relevant experience including supervisory role.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity in a large organization or in a consumer goods/services sector is preferred.
- Experience in delivering changes, system enhancements, business process improvements and managing a non-finance function will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and oral/written communication skills with proven ability to lead, coach, train and motivate a large team.
- Proactive, committed, and able to work under tight datelines.
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently.
- Good analytical skills and attention to details.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
