Job Responsibilities

Create and implement long term sourcing strategies, KPIs and provide leadership to team of category buyers for indirect services.
In charge of responsible procurement and driving initiatives for the organisation
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders as well as strategic suppliers
Build, mentor and guide team members to foster capabilities in delivering excellence in sourcing

Degree from reputable institution with more than 5 years of procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience.
In-depth knowledge of indirect categories and CIPS / CPM / PMP / Lean Six Sigma certifications will be advantageous
Resourceful and strong leader with good problem solving, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Strong negotiation skills, strategic mindset with hands-on attitude and uncompromised integrity & business ethics
Excellent data and cost analysis skills as well as demonstrated experience in contract management and vendor management.
