Title:  Manager, Sustainability

Job Responsibilities

• Drive RWS’ various social impact programmes in alignment with RWS’ selected sustainability and social causes
• Develop and coordinate partnerships with key external partners such as government agencies, non-profits, social enterprises etc
• Liaise and work with internal stakeholders across RWS towards building a strong volunteer culture through regular community engagement activities, internal communication etc
• Identify and develop potential opportunities that can amplify RWS’ social impact initiatives in alignment with wider business strategy
• Track and monitor volunteer hours, community engagement activities organised, partner contacts, philanthropic donations contributed, volunteers etc
• Support the wider Sustainability team on other areas of work, where required

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in communications or event management.
• Strong project management and coordination skills to manage multiple projects
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, resourcefulness and initiative
• Good communicator with ability to influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders and able to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
• Embraces ambiguity and strives for continuous progress and improvement
