Title:  Manager / Assistant Manager, Interior Design (Contract 3+3 Years)

Job Responsibilities

Report direct to Director – Design Management, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating interior design FF&E and supporting consultants, preparing documents and follow up with design directions to ensure compliance with Owner’s design requirements.

• To set & establish RWS standard on FF&E issue across various area gaming & F&B
• Lead the design function team of FF&E in our Project & Design department to support & execute all ID & FF&E work.
• Monitor and supervise Interior Design Consultants in developing Design Efforts in aspect of FF&E, including coordination, monitoring schedule in an effort to achieve RWS’s design requirement with designated budgets and programs
• Monitor and supervise the Interior design Consultants in completing tasks on schedule
• Provide design support for and communicate closely with the consultant team on new/modified FF&E designs for the projects, as required.
• Support the in-house team in the preparation of tender packages
• Attend factory visits and site meetings, ensuring contractor deliverables to meet the company’s FF&E standards and overseeing the installation of FF&E alongside contractors.
• Strong in collaboration with team builds effective working relationship with cross-functional departments and stakeholders such as End user, Operator to ensure Brands standards are met.

Job Requirements

• 7 years + related experience with strong background in FF&E for hospitality projects
• Degree holder in Interior design or Fine Arts
• Able to be a collaborative team player and work well with multiple stakeholders
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good Communication & presentation skills in PowerPoint
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, while Photoshop, Revit’s are advantages.
• Good aesthetic sense in both objectivity and subjectivity judgements
• Work well under multiple projects against tight deadlines with good organizational ability
• Good Team Player
