Job Responsibilities


  • Create and implement long term sourcing strategies, KPIs and provide leadership to team of category buyers for indirect services.
  • In charge of responsible procurement and driving initiatives for the organisation
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders as well as strategic suppliers
  • Build, mentor and guide team members to foster capabilities in delivering excellence in sourcing


System Implementation and Process Improvement

  • Involved in design, build and deploy activities for S4HANA and Ariba S2P
  • Build deep understanding of the business and strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborates with cross functional team in identifying and delivering business process and productivity improvement
  • Development and implementation of initiatives to improve delivery and efficiency of procurement function

Job Requirements

  • Degree from reputable institution with 10+ years of procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience.
  • Experienced in implementing, supporting and using S4HANA and Ariba
  • In-depth knowledge of indirect categories and CIPS / CPM / PMP / Lean Six Sigma certifications will be advantageous
  • Resourceful and strong leader with good problem solving, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in process excellence and project management with proven ability to drive improvements on procurement system, process enhancement and management of supply chain risk
  • Strong negotiation skills, strategic mindset with hands-on attitude and uncompromised integrity & business ethics
  • Excellent data and cost analysis skills as well as demonstrated experience in contract management and vendor management.
