Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Harry Potter: Visions of Magic Experience
• Act as the primary internal business unit representative for the Harry Potter: Visions of Magic experience, ensuring the seamless integration of sales, marketing, guest experience, and operational goals.
• Coordinate efforts across regional sales and marketing teams to achieve attendance, revenue, and overall business objectives.
• Partner with external stakeholders, including IP owners and creative agencies, to ensure alignment with brand standards and secure campaign approvals.
• Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing and commercial strategies to generate excitement, boost attendance, and strengthen the brand association with this global franchise.
• Monitor performance metrics, including regular reporting on attraction performance, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Resort-Wide Campaign Management and Execution
• Support the Assistant Director in leading key resort-wide initiatives, driving alignment across multiple business units to achieve consistent messaging and brand positioning.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional media, and PR platforms.
• Leverage consumer insights and performance data to ensure campaigns are optimized and KPI-driven.
• Collaborate with consumer insights and web performance teams to analyze trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison with executive stakeholders, ensuring strategic priorities and campaign approvals are aligned.
Resort Event Marketing Execution
• Develop and oversee marketing plans for resort-wide events, including seasonal celebrations, concerts, and exclusive experiences, ensuring alignment with the resort's overall branding and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Entertainment, Partnerships, Attractions, PR, Media, Resort Branding) to create integrated campaigns that cater to both domestic and international audiences.
Budget Management & Optimization:
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed to meet KPIs and business goals.
Market Research & Insights:
• Work with the consumer insights and web performance teams to analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and campaign performance data.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on research and data insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive growth.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Encourage innovative approaches and identify opportunities to elevate the resort's brand.
• Support the Assistant Director of Marketing in resource planning, team management, and strategic decision-making.
