Job Responsibilities
Department: Entertainment Support
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for the department and events.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist Senior management and participate in finance-related projects, ensuring budget and forecast adherence while monitoring results for cost and time effectiveness.
- Conduct research and analyze financial and business data to detect trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to collect and assess data for business planning purposes.
- Provide recommendations and insights to management based on financial analysis.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and internal controls, ensuring compliance with all regulatory authorities' regulations and company finance control policies and processes.
- Evaluate and improve internal finance workflows and internal controls.
Job Requirements
Department: Entertainment Support
- Possess a degree in Business Management and/or Finance-related courses.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business/Finance management.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and energetic demeanor, adept in listening and proficient in English writing.
- Display genuine curiosity, self-motivation, a results-driven attitude, problem-solving orientation, directness, and a strong drive for success.
- Exhibit a curious personality with aspirations for a long-term career in entertainment business management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Department: SEAA/DI Commercial
- Manage all forms of guest surveys and feedback, effectively analyse and translate data into timely periodic reports that provide actionable insights to improve guest experience and enhance product offerings. Experience in Qualtrics and CXM software will be a plus.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan and execute ad-hoc surveys to support ongoing and/or new programmes and initiatives when required.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support product development for F&B and Retail within the attractions.
- Partner with commercial lead to develop the membership program by providing relevant market and consumer insights.
- Regular monitoring of competitors’ activities, industry news and trends to share with key internal teams.
Department: SEAA/DI Commercial
- Degree in business, marketing, finance or related discipline with 5-8 years of relevant experience working experience.
- Prior brand management experience with an FMCG or hospitality company is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and good business acumen.
- Ability to analyse complx programs, identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to manage and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident, self-starter who can think out of the box.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
