Title:  Online Travel Agent Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop an online-focused sales & marketing channel strategy, which includes driving new partners acquisition in-markets
  • Grow and maintain existing hotel OTA accounts, set targets for sales, present new products to partners and enhance existing relationships
  • Execute the sales & marketing plans via connectivity partners (channel managers and PMS) and platforms
  • Work closely with partners on channel optimization and users experience through monitoring sales performance and customers’ feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Work cross functionally and ensure constant communications and calibration between internal business units to launch new initiatives / promotional campaigns.
  • Perform online rate audits & resolve rate disparity disputes amongst partners

Job Requirements

  • General Degree or Diploma with strong commercial acumen
  • At least 3 to 5 years of sales or marketing or commercial experience
  • Strong knowledge of tourism and attractions industry in a similar role will be an advantage
  • Prior experience of working with Online Travel Agents and/or ecommerce Marketplace will be an advantage
  • IT savvy & digitally versatile, with a keen interest on the constantly evolving consumer buying behaviors.
  • Open to frequent travel, about 4 times a year
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly numerate, adaptable, and goals-driven individual
