Title:  Operations Executive (Estate Management)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Managing the day-to-day issues pertaining to cleaning, waste management and pest control operations.
  • Planning and Implementation: Assists the Manager in the planning and implementation of both short and long-term routine and ad hoc schedules for cleaning, waste management and pest control operations.
  • Supervision: Supervise outsourced vendors in the effective performance of their contractual obligations and in accordance with established standards in guest services.
  • Inspections: Conduct thorough inspection of works done by outsourced vendors to ensure delivery of quality service.
  • Safety: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by both the department and its outsourced workers in line with the requirements of all concerned government regulatory bodies.
  • Reports: Prepare and disseminate reports such as Daily Reports, Incident Reports and all other types of reports as may become necessary.
  • Events: Support events and other special occasions requiring extra attention.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” level with related experience in Facilities Management / Cleaning industry.
  • Flexible with scheduling which may include day, evening, weekends, public holidays and overnight.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills and able to make sound independent decision.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of housekeeping services, waste management or pest control.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service and/or cleaning-related industry.
