Title: Operations Manager (F&B in Universal Studios Singapore)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations in accordance to SOP requirements and ensure service standards are met
- Train and guide team members to ensure SOP and service standards are in place
- Monitor and ensure all productions are up to standard in terms of presentations and quality.
- Achieve monthly sales target and recommend strategies to improve sales
- Monitor P&L and recommend ways to reduce costs and expenses
- Ensure proper cost control on all expenses
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in all-day dining concept
- Possess good verbal, written and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good management of P&L and food costs
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
